Food for Thought is a collaborative initiative (SUCCESS, BC Healthy Communities, Integral City and Possibilities) focused on engaging young people to create community as a more welcoming, inclusive "place to be".
This project invites authentic youth participation in decision making and program development and seeks young people passionate about business development and food security in their community. We use "food for thought" to identify ways and means of getting young people connected to their community.
Digital Stories - Check out the youth contributions and digital stories! Digital Storytelling takes full advantage of the advent/diffusion of increasingly more accessible technology tools like audio, photo, and video equipment. Storytellers can express their emotions combining their voices with images, sounds, and video, creating a short powerful digital movie that can be easily shared with a designated audience.
